If you reside in or near Washington, you can also arrange to pick up your dragon(s) in person.
Discounts
CoS / ToV and or Active Duty Military members will receive a 10% discount off every purchase. (Proof of membership is required).
Note: If you meet all three of the above criteria, you may still only claim 1 10% discount, not a 30% discount.
Payment
We accept PayPal transfers, cash in person, and personal checks as payment.
(If paying by personal check, please remember to conceal it within the envelope.)
We prefer that our customers use PayPal in the interest of security for both parties.
On that note, when making a PayPal order, we request that you provide us with the dragon(s) name, morph and or assigned "number" in the appropriate PayPal box.

Shipping / Our Professional Boxes
We will be shipping through UPS guaranteed overnight delivery Monday thru Thursday.
Typical delivery is around 12AM to 3PM.
Depending on where the box is going to within the USA, the standard shipping price is about $25 to $30 dollars. Call us at (619) 207-7137 and provide your zip-code for information on calculating your shipping cost.
All of our shipping boxes are brand new (unlike some ''breeders'' out there who will use dirty cricket boxes or boxes found near a dumpster). And every box is marked with big bold letters "perishable" and "this side up".
Your new beardie(s) will be shipped in a brand new Tupperware container, with adequate newspaper padding surrounding the container, inside an insulated foam box, which is inside the outer cardboard box. I use Mil-Spec "100MPH" tape to secure the box closed. All of these efforts are to ensure your new investment arrives alive and well.
We are not responsible if your dragon(s) dies because you were not home to sign for your package on the allotted day of arrival.
However, we understand that some people are very busy, so if requested, we can waive the signature. If this is done our refund / replacement guarantee below does not apply if something goes wrong.

Should you sign for your beardie on the allotted day of arrival and excitingly open your box to find a dead beardie inside, immediately contact us and we will either A) send you another beardie free of charge (please send us back the box with the dead beardie first as proof) or B) give you a full refund, your choice.
